Finally, Some Sun For Our Saturday In Mid Michigan
After multiple cloudy days, we finally have some sun this morning. Unfortunately, there are very cold temperatures with it. It was only 13F when I got up this morning, and temps have rebounded a bit since then. Highs are only expected to make it into the low 30s so the sun will help make it feel warmer. We continue to have about 2 inches of snow cover and temperatures are expected to remain at about freezing, so I don’t think that it will me melting anytime soon.
Our 11:15 AM temp is 22F (-6C), the humidity is 84%, and skies are mostly clear. Winds are from the NW at 2-5 mph giving us a wind chill of 18F (-8C). The pressure is 30.18 in (1022.0 mb) and rising. Visibility is 10 miles. Yesterday’s high was 29F (-2C) and the overnight low was 13F (-11C). Average temps for this date are 30F / 19F. Sunrise was at 8:07 AM and sunset will be at 5:20 PM.
