Today was supposed to be rainy, but I’m seeing now that NOAA has reduced our rain chances to just 30%.  I’m hoping that we don’t get any.  The mosquitoes are horrid with all the rain that we’ve had.  My area really has not had a drought like other parts of the state, and I guess we should be happy about that.  But at this time, I think that no areas are considered drought-stricken any longer.  The extended forecast from earlier this year, said that we were supposed to have a hot, dry summer.  Where is it?  Lately these extended forecasts have been  wrong.  Thankfully, the Great Lakes levels continue to drop, even with all the rain.

Our 10 AM temperature is 65°F (18°C), the humidity is 86%, and winds are from the ENE at 2-6 mph.  The dew point is 62°F (17°C) and the pressure is 29.95 in (1014.2 mb) and steady.  Visibility is 10 miles and skies are cloudy.  Yesterday’s high was 74°F (25°C) and the overnight low was 62°F (17°C).  Sunrise was at 6:07 AM and sunset will be at 9:15 PM.
