Yesterday was just too hot to even step outdoors with highs reaching 93°F. Fortunately, thunderstorms will be passing through later today and bringing cooler air with it. While my area is baking in 90° temperatures, heavy storms have wreaked havoc in Michigan’s Copper Country. My daughter lived in Houghton for three years and I’m so happy that she isn’t there now.
