A Very Wet Sunday For Mid Michigan
Yesterday at around 5 PM, we had a pop-up rain storm which dropped 0.54″ of rain in about 15 minutes. We are expecting more throughout today so it looks like it will be a near washout. We leave for the north country tomorrow morning and I’m hoping that this rain will be over by the time we have to pack up. We will certainly have cooler weather, but as long as it isn’t rainy everyday, I won’t mind that. This will be our last camping trip and I really hate to see the season end. Summer went much to quickly this year.
Our 9 AM temperature is 71°F (22°C), the humidity is 86% and skies are cloudy with light rain. Winds are from the SSW at 8 mph, and the pressure is 29.97 in and falling. The dew point is 66°F (19°C). Visibility is 9 miles. Yesterday’s high was 88°F (31°C) and the overnight low was 70°F (21°C). Averages for this date are 70°F / 49°F. Sunrise was at 7:23 AM and sunset will be at 7:34 PM.
