A Mild Tuesday For Mid Michigan
This morning feels like a day in March, but unfortunately, it isn’t going to last. We have a rather potent storm system moving our way for Wednesday. Although we aren’t expecting any snow, winds will be the issue. I’m hoping that we don’t lose power with the holiday on Thursday. That’s all we’d need. The upper peninsula of Michigan is under a winter storm warning as well as lakeshore flood warnings. Northern lower is under a winter weather advisory for now but that could change. We don’t have any advisories at this time but very gusty winds up to 40 mph are expected.
Our 9 AM temperature is 35°F (2°C), the humidity is 92%, and skies are mostly cloudy with some ground fog. Winds are calm. the pressure is 29.89 in and steady. The dew point is 35°F (2°C) and visibility is 2 miles. Yesterday’s high was 51°F (11°C) and the overnight low was 32°F (0°C). Averages for this date are 41°F / 29°F. Sunrise was at 7:41 AM and sunset will be at 5:05 PM.
