Sunny But Very Chilly In Mid Michigan
Yesterday started off with sun, but then the clouds rolled in by afternoon. We had a few light snow showers but no new snow accumulations. We have about 5 inches of snow cover right now, and temperatures will remain cold enough that I don’t think that it’s going anywhere soon. We are expecting some warming over the next few days but no heat wave by any means. At least today and tomorrow are expected to be mostly sunny.
Our 9:15 AM temperature is 16°F (-9°C), the humidity is 84%, and skies are clear. Winds are from south at 2 mph and the wind chill is 13°F (-11°C). The pressure is 30.25 in and steady. The dew point is 10°F (-12°C) and visibility is 10 miles. Yesterday’s high was 24°F (-4°C) and the overnight low was 12°F (-11°C). Averages for this date are 27°F / 15°F. Sunrise was at 8:01 AM and sunset will be at 5:34 PM.
