A Cloudy, Cooler Wednesday In Mid Michigan
Today will be a little cooler than the past several days, but highs will remain above average. This entire winter season has been like this and snow amounts are definitely at a deficit, at least here in the southern half of the state. The upper peninsula continues to have up to 2 feet in some places, so anyone wanting to participate in winter sports should go there. Northern lower Michigan still has enough for snowmobiling and skiing also.
Our 11:45 AM temperature is 40°F (4°C), the humidity is 63% and winds are from the NNE at 7-12 mph giving us a wind chill of 32°F (0°C). The dew point is 30°F (-1°C). Skies are overcast and visibility is 10 miles. The pressure is 30.11 in (1019.7 mb) and steady. Yesterday’s high was 49°F (9°C) and the overnight low was 31°F (-1°C). Averages for this date are 36°F / 21°F. Sunrise was at 7:06 AM and sunset will be at 6:30 PM.
