Wind Advisory For Mid Michigan This Monday
After a pleasant Easter Sunday, today will begin a period of much cooler weather. We are under a wind advisory until 8 PM and hopefully, we won’t have too much wind damage. They are predicting gusts in excess of 50 mph. Yesterday made it up to 70° according to my weather station, but some weather sites are saying that highs were only in the upper 60s. I was outdoors without a coat, so I’m pretty certain that my station was correct. Regardless, it was a very nice day. A little rain moved in overnight and there was 0.03″ in my gauge this morning.
Our 8:45 AM temperature is 48°F (9°C). It has already dropped 4° since I got up at 7:30. The humidity is 95%, and winds are variable at 8-15 mph. The pressure is 29.21 in (989.2 mb) and steady. Skies are overcast with mist. The dew point is 47°F (8°C) and visibility is 10 miles. Yesterday’s high was 70°F (21°C) and the overnight low was 48°F (9°C). Averages for this date are 55°F / 36°F. Temperatures most of this week will be below normal.
