A Snowy Morning In Mid Michigan
We woke this morning to snow flurries. We aren’t really expecting much in accumulation although the southern portions of the state are already reporting an inch of snow cover. Temperatures will remain in the 30s and winds shouldn’t be too significant. Radar is showing most of the snow in the southern half of the state, and it seems to be moving more to the east than north. I don’t expect that we’ll see much sun today.
Our 9 AM temperature is 33F (1C), the humidity is 99%, and skies are overcast with light snow. Winds are from the E at 4-7 mph, and the pressure is 29.79 in (1008.8 mb) and falling. The dew point is 31F (-1C). Visibility is 9 miles. Yesterday’s high was 45F (7C) and the overnight low was 33F (1C). Normal temps for this date are 42F / 30F.
