Much Warmer Temperatures In Mid Michigan
Our snow pack is now down to about 11 inches and we are losing a little more each day. Our forecast for the next few days is calling for warmer temps than originally given. That’s fine with me. What’s even better is that there isn’t much in the way of precipitation predicted over the next week or so. So maybe we are turning the corner on our winter weather. We shouldn’t complain since February brought us the only real winter weather that we’ve had this season. I hope that we don’t get any unexpected storms come spring.
Our 11:15 AM temp is 40F (4C), the humidity is 80% and winds are from the west at 6-17 mph. The wind chill is 34F (1C). Skies are cloudy and the dew point is 32F (0C). The pressure is 29.44 in ( 997.0 mb) and rising. Yesterday’s high was 35F (2C) and the overnight low was 34F (1C). Averages for this date are 31F / 17F. Sunrise was at 7:22 AM and sunset will be at 6:17 PM.
