A Mix Of Sun, Clouds, and Wind – Mid Michigan
We woke to clear skies and sun this morning, but now clouds have taken over. It’s going to be a cold windy day with highs only around the freezing mark. Yesterday temperatures reached the fifties and we lost much of our snow. Meteorologically speaking, today is the first day of spring but it sure isn’t going to feel like it. We received a little rain overnight that measured 0.02 in my gauge and no predicted snow showers that I could tell.
Our 12:15 PM temp is 33F (1C), the humidity is 55%, and winds are from the NW at 7-19 mph, gusting to 29 mph. The wind chill is 18F (-8C) and the dew point is 18F (-8C). Skies are mostly cloudy and visibility is 10 miles. The pressure is 29.86 in (1011.2 mb) and rising. Yesterday’s high was 53F (12C) and the overnight low was 29F (-2C). Sunrise was at 7:13 AM and sunset will be at 6:26 PM.
