Much Colder And More Wind For Our Thursday – Mid Michigan

After a lovely, warm day on Wednesday, today brought us back to reality, that spring isn’t here quite yet.  I’m hearing that we could reach 60F sometime next week and I’m not sure if that makes me happy.  Two years ago, he had abnormally warm weather in March and with it came tornadoes.  One struck just two miles from where I live and that’s too close for comfort.  Yesterday, the high reached 51F and people were walking around without coats.  There was also little breeze so it really felt warm.  Needless to say, we lost all of our snow except where there are snow piles and drifts.    Skies were clear all day so it felt warmer than 50F and it was a joy to be outdoors.  This morning we woke to snow flurries which lasted a few hours, but then the clouds moved out and we have another beautiful, sunny day.

Our 3:45 PM temp is 32F (0C), the humidity is 55%, and winds are from the NW at 2-12 mph.  The wind chill is 25F (-4C) and visibility is 10 miles.  The pressure is 30.08 in (1018.6 mb) and steady and skies are partly cloudy.  The dew point is 15F (-9C).  Yesterday’s high was 51F (11C) and the overnight low was 26F (-3C).  Average Temps for this date are 35F / 20F.  Sunrise was at 7:07 AM and sunset was at 6:29 PM.
