A Lovely Summer-Like Day In Mid Michigan
The leaves have really popped out over the past two days. It’s amazing what a couple of 80 degree days will do. The storms that I mentioned yesterday never reached us, and it seems that not many got much rain from them. Mecosta County had some flooding, but I thought it would be much worse, as long as it seemed to stay in that one area. Well, that’s good for everyone concerned. We have a bit of a cool-down coming for the weekend, but nothing drastic.
Our 1:30 PM temperature is 82°F (28°C), the humidity is 28%, and winds are from the SSE at 3-8 mph. The pressure is 29.94 in (1013.9 mb) and falling. Visibility is 20 miles, and skies are mostly clear. The dew point is 43°F (6°C). Yesterday’s high was 79°F (26°C) and the overnight low was 55°F (13°C). Sunrise was at 6:16 AM and sunset will be at 8:49 PM.
