Much Cooler But Pleasant – Mid Michigan
After a week of “hot” temperatures, some cooler weather is refreshing. I don’t do well when the temperature gets over 80°F, but with the low humidity that we’ve had, it hasn’t been too bad. The roller-coaster temperatures over the past month, are expected to continue a while longer. With this comes the chance of heavy to severe storms which we’ve been spared from so far. Over the past week, the leaves have really popped out and it seems like it happened overnight. It’s time to get my flower beds ready for planting and that is at the top of my to-do list.
Our 10:45 AM temperature is 56°F (13°C), the humidity is 62%, and skies are clear. The UV index is high at 6, and the dew point is 39°F (40°C). The pressure is 29.90 in (1012.5 mb) and rising. Visibility is 12 miles and winds are from the NW at 3 mph. Last year on this date, our high was 76°F (24°C). Average temps are 69°F / 46°F. Yesterday’s high was 74°F (23°C) and the overnight low was 42°F (6°C). Sunrise was at 6:11 AM and sunset will be at 8:54 PM.
