Feels Like An Autumn Day In Mid Michigan
The rains came late yesterday. We received a little over half and inch from late afternoon into the overnight. It was badly needed. Radar is showing rain moving around a low pressure center located over southern Lake Michigan, so we could see even more rain later today. The sun has peeked out a few times but didn’t last long, and now it is gloomy once again. What’s most noticeable are the temperatures. They are much below average today and will remain so over the next few days. But summer isn’t over yet! The 80s will return for next weekend.
Our 1PM temperature is 64°F, the humidity is 76%, and skies are overcast. Winds are from the SE at 2-8 mph, and the dew point is 53°F. Visibility is 10 miles and the pressure is 29.72 in and steady. Yesterday’s high was 74°F and the overnight low was 57°F. Average temps for this date are 76°F / 53°F. Sunrise was at 7:12 AM and sunset will be at 7:52 PM.
