Our First Measurable Snow Of The Season – Mid Michigan

We woke to a white world this morning with about an inch of snow on the ground.  Liquid measure was about 0.13″.  It’s a wet snow so it is sticking to all the tree branches.  Highs today will probably not make it out of the mid 30s, but there isn’t much wind so it’s actually quite pleasant outdoors.   Snow showers are in our forecast for today but no real accumulations are expected.

Our noon temperature is 33°F, the humidity is 95%, and skies are cloudy.  Winds are from the west at 2-7 mph and the dew point is 31°F.  The pressure is 29.76 in and steady and visibility is 10 miles.  Sunrise was at 7:30 AM and sunset will be at 5:12 PM.  Yesterday’s high was 38°F and the overnight low was 32°F.  Average temps for this date are 46°F / 31°F.
