Cloudy But Mild In Mid Michigan
Just another gloomy day in mid Michigan, but seeing the sun the past two days was lovely. We have rain in our forecast for today but nothing so far. In fact, all the rain yesterday stayed to our south. We are noticing a little more light now in the evening and it isn’t completely now at 5 PM. It’s hard to believe that January is almost half over already and we’re still waiting for that hard winter that was predicted. But if it stays this way for the remainder of winter, I won’t complain.
Our 1:30 PM temperature is 42F, the humidity is 81%, and skies are overcast. Winds are from the SE at 0-5 mph and the wind chill is 37F. The dew point is 34F and the pressure is 29.78 in and falling. Visibility is 8 miles. Yesterday’s high was 41F and the overnight low was 29F. Average temps for this date are 30F / 16F. Record temps for Jan. 10 are 55F / -19F. Sunrise was at 8:08 AM and sunset will be at 5:23 PM.
