Another Foggy Morning . . . . .

Another Foggy Morning . . . . .

We lost our sun for a day or so, but the fog this morning treated us to some hoar frost.  We don’t see it very often, but it is very pleasant to see when it happens.  Temperatures will be a little cooler than yesterday, but a big warmup is coming by Thursday.  Temps are expected to reach well into the 50s, and that will be a treat.

Our 12:30 PM temperature is 30°F (-1°C), the humidity is 98%, and skies are overcast with light fog.  Winds are from the NE at 2-5 mph.  The pressure is 29.93 in (1013.6 mb) and steady, and visibility is 2 miles.  Yesterday’s high was 47°F (8°C) and the overnight low was 23°F (-5°C).  Average temps for this date are 31°F/15°F.  Record temps for Feb. 4 are 61°F (1890/ -24°F (1895).  Sunrise was at 7:49 AM and sunset will be at 5:54 PM.
