Cloudy And Much Cooler . . . . .
After temperatures reaching into the low 80s yesterday, today is much cooler and no sun so far. We had a weather statement yesterday afternoon saying that a strong thunderstorm was heading our way, with pea sized hail and 40 mph winds. All we got was some thunder and a few drops of rain. I think most of it went to our north, and diminished a bit as it traveled east. Today is cloudy and looks like rain but nothing so far.
Our 1:15 PM temperature is 57°F (14°C), the humidity is 81%, and winds are from the north at 1-8 mph. The dew point is 46°F (8°C) and visibility is 11 miles. The pressure is 29.94 in (1013.0 mb) and steady. Yesterday’s high was 82°F (28°C), and the overnight low was 52°F (13°C). Average temps for this date are 68°F/45°F. The record high for May 13 is 90°F (32°C) set in 1962, and the record low is 25F (-4C) set in 1996. Sunrise was at 6:15 AM, and sunset will be at 8:53 PM.
