Hot, Humid, High Dew Point . . . .
I’m told that last night was pretty noisy. Thunderstorms moved in around 3 AM, and continued until around 6:30 AM. I woke at around 6 AM and heard the thunder, but missed the rest of it. My husband and son both remarked at how loud the thunder was. I must have been in REM sleep. Anyway, there was 0.69″ in my gauge, so the newly planted fields got a good soaking. We could see a few more storms today, and with this heat, I’m sure it’s a good possibility.
