Another Warm, Dry Day . . . . .

We haven’t had any rain now in almost 2 weeks and it’s getting very dry.  Also, there is none in the forecast anytime soon.  This is the type of weather that we usually get in mid summer, not in the fall.  Our seasons seem to be flip flopping a bit.  Our temperatures continue to be much about average, and this is expected to continue until the end of the month.  At least the lawn has finally stopped growing.

Our 9:30 AM temperature is 62°F (17°C), the humidity is 99%, and winds are calm. The pressure is 29.88 in (1011.9 mb) and rising, and the dew point is 61°F (16°C).  Visibility is 10 miles.  Yesterday’s high was 82°F (28°C), and our overnight low was 53°F (12°C).  Average temps for this date are 72°F/49°F.  Record temps for Sept. 17 are 93°F (1906) and 26°F (1875).  Sunrise was at 7:21 AM, and sunset will be at 7:42 PM.
