Sunny And Warmer . . . .

Sunny And Warmer . . . .

Today will be the warmest day that we will have for awhile.  We should see highs in the mid 70s, but then the weather will turn to where it really should be for this time of year.  Our extended summer was certainly enjoyable, but we knew that it couldn’t last forever.  At least we don’t have much rain in the forecast although we could use some.  It has been very dry for autumn.

Our 11 AM temperature is 64°F (18°C), the humidity is 64%, and skies are clear but hazy.  Winds are from the SW at 3-7 mph, and the pressure is 29.98 in (1015.2 mb) and rising.  The dew point is 48°F (9°C), and visibility is 18 miles.  Yesterday’s high was 69°F (21°C) and the overnight low was 52°F (11°C).  Average temps for this date are 66°F/44°F.  Record temps for Oct. 2 are 86°F (1922) and 25°F (1974).  Sunrise was at 7:37 AM, and sunset will be at 7:15 PM.
