One More Dry Day . . . .

One More Dry Day . . . .

We have rain in our forecast for tomorrow and early next week.  I hope it’s enough to matter.  I’m hearing that there are wildfires in the UP, and that’s always a possibility when we don’t get any rain for a long time.  This weather is very unusual for autumn and I’m wondering what winter will bring.  The last three winters have been mild and this one may be also.

Our 10:45 AM temperature is 54°F (12°C), the humidity is 80%, and winds are from the NE at 4-6 mph.  Skies are mostly clear.  The pressure is 30.02 in (1016.6 mb) and steady, and the dew point is 46°F (8°C).  Visibility is 10 miles.  Yesterday’s high was 79°F (26°C), and the overnight low was 45°F  (7°C).  Average temps for this date are 61°F/41°F.  Sunrise was at 7:48 AM, and sunset will be at 7:00 PM.
