A Beautiful Morning . . . .

A Beautiful Morning . . . .

Temperatures were warm enough all night that we lost half of our snow.  The rest should be gone by tonight.  Highs could reach near 50F and will remain so through tomorrow.  After this past week, it feels balmy out there.  Our sky has cleared enough to let the sun shine and will make it feel even warmer.  Tomorrow is expected to be a little warmer but with that will come rain..  Then Wednesday will bring another dip in the temperatures and there is another chance for snow.  That should make it feel seasonable for putting up my Christmas tree.

Our 12:15 PM temperature is 48°F (9°C), the humidity is 68%, and skies are partly cloudy.  Winds are from the west at 1-3 mph, and the pressure is 29.73 in (1006.8 mb) and rising.  The dew point is 35°F (2°C) and visibility is 10 miles.  Yesterday’s high was 44°F (7°C) and the overnight low was 38°F (3°C).  Record temps for Dec. 7 are 62°F (1951) and -4°C  (1885).  Sunrise was at 7:57 AM and sunset will be at 5:03 PM.
