Blustery Weather On The Way . . . .
Our morning has been quiet, but we have some stormy weather coming our way. I’m already seeing a few flurries flying, and conditions will continue to get worse as the day rolls on. Winter storm warnings are up for the western and northern portions of the state, and even though we aren’t included, we are still expecting up to two inches of snow. That’s enough to make driving hazardous. Wind will also be an issue with gusts possible over 30 mph. So we’ll expect to be hunkered down for the day.
Our 12:45 PM temperature is 32°F, the humidity is 76%, and winds are from the west at 12-23 mph. Skies are overcast and the pressure is 29.89 in and falling. The wind chill is 26°F. The dew point is 25°F and visibility is 10 miles. Yesterday’s high was 45°F and the overnight low was 30F. Average temps for this date are 36°F/24°F. Record temps for Dec. 10 are 61F (1971) and -5F (1977). Sunrise was at 7:59 AM and sunset will be at 5:03 PM.
