A Little Warm-Up . . . .
Each day gets a little warmer and temps this coming week should reach into the 40s every day. I’m ready for it. We have had snow cover almost all of February and I’m ready for it to melt. Today will only reach the mid 30s, then the 40s starting tomorrow. Rain is expected by mid week, but that will help melt the snow.
Our 10:15 AM temperature is 32°F (0°C), the humidity is 71%, and skies are cloudy. We have about five inches of snow cover. Winds are from the south at 4-6 mph, and the pressure is 29.84 in (1010.5 mb) and steady. The dew point is 21°F (-6°C) and visibility is 10 miles. Yesterday’s high was 31°F (-1°C) and the overnight low was 22°F (-6°C). Average temps for this date are 35°F/19°F. Record temps for Feb. 22 are 63°F (1930) and -5°F (1963). Sunrise was at 7:23 AM and sunset will be at 6:19 PM.
