Another Gloomy Day . . . .
I know that those few sunny days can really spoil us, but we can’t expect many this time of year. Mother Nature does give us a treat from time to time. With the two days of 50 degree weather, we did lose a lot of our snow. I figure that between the bare spots and where the snow remains, we have about an inch of ground cover. We did have a snow shower yesterday, but later it became all rain. There was 0.10″ in my gauge this morning.
Our 12:45 PM temperature is 39°F, the humidity is 92%, and skies are overcast. Winds are from the west at 3-16 mph and the pressure is 29.60 in and steady. The wind chill is 30F and the dew point is 35°F. Visibility is 7 miles. Yesterday’s high was 41°F and the overnight low was 35°F. Record temps for Feb.26 are 63°F (2000), and -10°F (1963). Sunrise was at 7:17 AM and sunset will be at 6:24 PM.
