Our national weather map this morning is showing a lot of extreme weather expected today.  Thankfully, we are only expecting rain showers.  We had a few snow flurries yesterday before it all turned to rain.  There was 0.11″ in my gauge, and a lot more rain is expected today, tonight, and tomorrow.  At least it isn’t snow.

Our 9:45 AM temperature is 38°F, the humidity is 91%, and skies are overcast.  Winds are from the south at 3-8 mph, and the pressure is29.77 in and falling.  The dew point is 35°F and visibility is 10 miles.  Yesterday’s high was 41°F, and the overnight low was 34°F.  Average temps for this date are 39°F/22°F  Record temps for March 3 are 67°F  (1974) and -2°F (2003).  Sunrise was at 7:08 AM, and sunset will be at 6:30 PM.

Tonight:  Continued showers.  Low 44°F.  Winds SE at 10-20 mph.  Chance of rain 100%. Locally heavy rain is possible.

Wednesday:  Rain showers .  High near 58°F.  Winds S at 10-20 mph  Chance of rain 60%.
