Cooler Weather Returns . . . .

Yesterday was quite nice with a mix of sun and clouds.  Winds were light so pleasant to be outdoors.  This morning began with cloudy skies but now there are some breaks in the clouds and the sun manages to make a showing although briefly.  There is no rain expected until tomorrow although highs will remain below average.  I got my summer bird feeding station set up for the summer birds.  An oriole made an appearance at the suet cake but no sign of the hummingbirds yet.

Our 1:15 PM temperature is 51°F (11°C), the humidity is 66%, and winds are from the north at 2-10 mph.  The pressure is 29.98 in (1015.2 mb) and steady.  The dew point is 39°F (4°C) and visibility is 10 miles.  Yesterday’s high was 63°F (17°C) and the overnight low was 43F (12C).  Average temps for this date was 65°F/42°F.  Record temps for May 3 are 88°F (2012) and 23°F (1986).  Sunrise was at 6:28 AM and sunset will be at 8:40 PM.
