Sunny But Chilly This Morning – Mid Michigan
Our morning is beginning with sun and breezy. We could see some rain or snow later on but not much as far as accumulations are expected. This has been a dry period for us which is unusual for this time of year. I can’t help but wonder if this summer will be very dry with the precip amounts below average from what we usually have. Our last 2-3 years have been so wet, especially last year. Michigan could benefit from an exceptionally dry summer with the great lake levels so high, but the farmers would be hurting. A normal summer season would be nice for a change.
Our 9:15 Am temperature is 34°F (1°C), the humidity is 64%, and winds are from the ESE at 5-10 mph. The pressure is 30.20 in (1022.7 mb) and falling. The dew point is 24°F (-4°C) and the wind chill is 29°F (-2°C). Visibility is 10 miles. and skies are partly cloudy. Yesterday’s high was 45°F (7°C) and the overnight low was 22°F (-6°C). Averages for this date are 36°F / 21°F.
