Wind Advisory Until 8 PM For Mid Michigan
We were supposed to get rain last night but it all went around us. The issue today is the wind. We could see gusts as high as 45 mph with the strongest between the hours of 3 PM to 7 PM. The advisory remains in effect until 8 PM. Right now it is very windy and not pleasant to be outdoors. We have seen a few peeks of the sun but it didn’t last long. Yesterday was very nice with sun most of the day, then clouds rolled in later in the afternoon. I’m happy that we are being spared the severe weather which is affecting the southern states and my prayers go out for those folks. That can be the down side of spring. We have yet to see our first thunderstorm and there are none expected anytime soon. In fact, this spring has been very dry which raises concerns for summer. I just hope that the farmers get enough rain.
