We received a good dousing of rain last night which left 0.55″ in my rain gauge. This morning is mostly cloudy but no more showers have happened. Yesterday was very uncomfortable with highs reaching the mid 80s and very humid. Today will see more clouds with some sun, which is starting to show itself. After a sunny afternoon on Tuesday, clouds moved in by evening, and multiple thundershowers developed. The first arrived around 6:30 PM, which dropped 0.46″ of rain. Then another line of storms arrived just before midnight and dumped another quarter of an inch. Finally, a small cell developed just to our west, and brought another downpour after midnight. Our total rainfall was 0.74″. Today has been dreary but no rain. We are expecting to see a little sun this afternoon sometime….
