A Normal April Day . . . .
Starting today, our weather will become more seasonal. Temperatures are where they should be and we have plenty of sun for our weekend. Monday is the eclipse and it is still questionable how much we will be able to see. Totality is a two hour drive from us, and I don’t want to drive it and then have clouds. So I guess we’ll stay here and hope for the best. Our view should be about 96% if we can see it at all. The forecast is calling for rain ending in the morning, then gradual clearing. Usually when we hear that, it doesn’t clear up until late afternoon or evening.
Our 1 PM temperature is 53°F (12°C), the humidity is 48%, and winds are from the west at 3-9 mph. The pressure is 30.26 in (1024.7 mb) and falling. The dew point is 31°F (-1°C) and visibility is 11 miles. Yesterday’s high was 50°F (10°C) and the overnight low was 33°F (1°C). Skies are mostly clear. Average temps for this date are 53°F/32°F. Sunrise was at 7:10 AM, and sunset will be at 8:09 PM.
