Another Cold Front . . . .

Another Cold Front . . . .

Once again, our temperatures have tumbled below average, although it won’t last.  Today will feel like a March day and so far there has been no sun.  There is a freeze warning for tonight although I don’t think it matters much.  The flowers that we have right now are pretty frost resistant.  This is normal for April in Michigan.  We had rain yesterday which measured 0.35″ in my gauge, and a little thunder to go with it.  No more rain is expected until Friday night.  Highs will reach into the 70s for the weekend.

Our 2:15 PM temperature is 40°F, the humidity is 73%, and skies are overcast.  Winds are from the N at 2-8 mph, and the pressure is 30.25 in and rising.  The dew point is 29°F and visibility is 11 miles.  Yesterday’s high was 65°F and the overnight low was 37°F.  Average temps for this date are 61°F/38°F.  Sunrise was at 6:41 AM, and sunset will be at 8:30 PM.

DURAND / OWOSSO FORECAST:

This Afternoon:  Becoming partly cloudy.   High near 45°F.  Winds NNE at 10-15 mph.

Tonight:  Clear with widespread frost.  Low 27°F.  Winds ENE at 5-10 mph.
