Lovely Day In April . . . . .

Lovely Day In April . . . . .

We have plenty of sun and very light breezes.  It could be a few degrees warmer but I’m not complaining.  Our weekend looks to be very warm but with it comes the rain.  Some YouTube weather sites are showing us in the severe weather area, so I hope that doesn’t happen.  The Dixie Alley area seems to be getting hit hard almost every day, and that would get old for me very quickly.  I like a good storm every so often, but not when I have to worry about losing my house.

Our 1:45 PM temperature is 52°F (11°C), the humidity is 45%, and winds are from the NW at 3-5 mph.  The pressure is 30.30 in (1026.2 mb) and falling, and the dew point is 26°F (-3°C).  Yesterday’s high was 48°F (9°C) and the overnight low was 22°F (-6°C).  Average temps for this date are 61°F/34°F.  The record high for April 24 is 87°F (31°C) set in 1915, and the record low is 23°F (-5°C) set in 1883.  I think we may have broken that record last night.  Sunrise was at 6:39 AM, and sunset will be at 8:31 PM.
