Continued Great Weather . . . . .

Our lovely summer weather continues, and I really can’t say much more than that.   I sat out last night watching for northern lights, or meteors, and wouldn’t you know it!  Fifteen minutes after going out, clouds rolled in.  It wasn’t just scattered clouds, it was an entire cloud cover.   Michigan is disappointing when it comes to sky watching.

Our 11:15 AM temperature is 71°F, the humidity is 65%, and winds are from the NW at 2-6 mph, and the pressure is 30.07 in and rising.  The dew point is 55°F and visibility is 10 miles.  Yesterday’s high was 75°F, and the overnight low was 58°F.  Average temps for this date are 80°F/59°F.  The record high for August 11 in 101°F, set in 1874, and the record low is 39°F, set in 1868.  Sunrise was at 6:41 AM, and sunset will be at 8:44 PM.
