Cool Temps Remain . . . .

We have yet another bright morning with very chilly temperatures.  Lows dipped into the 40s again overnight, and I had to turn the furnace on this morning for a brief time.  It will be a little warmer today, but highs will still remain much below average.  I still like this better than 90 degrees.

Our 10:15 AM temperature is 63°F (17°C), the humidity is 84%, and skies are clear.  Winds are from the SE at 1-4 mph, and the pressure is 30.23 in (1023.7 mb) and steady.  The dew point is 54°F (12°C) and visibility is 10 miles.  Yesterday’s high was 68°F (2°C), and the overnight low was 46°F (8°C).  Average temps for this date are 79°F/58°F.  Record temps for August 20 are 98°F (1916), and 33°F (1885).  Sunrise was at 6:51 AM, and sunset will be at 8:31 PM.
