Another Day, Just The Same . . .

Another Day, Just The Same . . .

This weather seems to be redundant with no changes from day to day.  We still have no rain, not much wind, and very warm temperatures.  There is a bit of color now in the woods, and we see a little more each day.  Many of the poplars have dropped half their leaves, and even the maples are starting to shed.  I think it would happen more quickly if the weather was cooler.  But we better enjoy it while it lasts.

Our 11:30 AM temp is 76°F (24°C), the humidity is 66%, and skies are clear.  Winds are from the south at 1-5 mph, and the pressure is 30.07 in (1018.3 mb) and steady.  The dew point is 61°F (16°C) and visibility is 11 miles.  Yesterday’s high was 84°F (29°C), and the overnight low was 55°F (13°C).  Average temps for this date are 73°F/50°F.  The record temps for Sept. 14 are 94°F (1927), and 28°F (1866).  Sunrise was at 7:18 AM, and sunset will be at 7:48 PM.
