Still Dealing With Smoke . . . . .

There has been no letup in the smoke coming down from Canada. Between that and all of this hot weather, summer of 2025 has not been pleasant. I think that the smoke is worse today than the past two days. There is no rain in our forecast and that will give us a reprieve from lawn mowing. So guess we’ll deal with what we have.
Our 2 PM temperature is 81°F, the humidity is 62% and skies are grey from smoke. Behind the smoke are clear skies (I think). Winds are from the NE at 6-10 mph and the pressure is 30.10 in and falling. Yesterday’s high was 81°F and the overnight low was 58°F. Average temps for this date are 81F/60°F. Record temps for August 4 are 97°F (1944) and 45°F (1970). Sunrise was at 6:32AM and sunset will be at 8:53 PM.
