Clear And Sunny . . . . .

Clear And Sunny . . . . .

With our winds switching to the southeast today, the smoke doesn’t seem nearly as bad.  The sky actually looks blue for a change.  We had a few sprinkles of rain yesterday, and we could see some thunderstorms this afternoon, but most will be the hit-and-miss variety.  I hope we are in the miss area.  We don’t need any more rain for awhile.

Our 12:30 PM temperature is 82°F, the humidity is 67%, and winds are from the ESE at 0-3 mph.  The pressure is 30.11 in and falling.  The dew point is 66°F and visibility is 10 miles.  Yesterday’s high as 83°F and the overnight low was 61°F.  Average temps for this date are 81°F/60°F and skies are clear.  Record temps for August 5 are 100°F (1931) and 44°F (1971).  Sunrise was at 6:32 AM and sunset will be at 8:52 PM
