A Little Warmup Today . . . .

A Little Warmup Today . . . .

We had a light covering of snow yesterday morning, but it has all melted since then.  Now most of the snow is gone except where the snow piles were.  Our white Christmas is not going to happen this year.  After the past two weeks, I don’t really care.  We’ve already gotten enough snow for the year as far as I’m concerned, but I know that’s not going to happen.  At least, if these polar vortexes would stay up in Canada, that would make me happy.

Our 12:45 PM temperature is 37°F. the humidity is 56%, and winds are from the SSW at 7-16 mph.  The pressure is 29.44 in and falling, and the dew point is 20°F.  Visibility is 12 miles and skies are mostly cloudy.  Yesterday’s high was 33°F and the overnight low was 23°F.  Average temps for this date are 34°F/21°F.  Record temps for Dec. 19 are 59°F (1939) and -2°F (2006).  Sunrise was at 8:04 AM and sunset will be at 5:05 PM.
