Finally Stopped Raining After Another Inch of Rain – Mid Michigan
Yesterday could be described as a total washout. It would quit raining for a little while, then start up again with a vengeance. Over the past four days, we received almost three inches of rain. I think that we have enough for a while. Right now, we have fog and light mist. Temperatures will start to rise today and continue over the next few days as a brief warm front moves in from the south. There is a chance of rain each day but Thursday appears to be the pick day of the week.
Our 11:30 AM temperature is 56°F (13°C), the humidity is 99%, and winds are from the west at 7 mph. The dew point is 57°F (14°C) and visibility is 2.5 miles. The pressure is 30.03 in and rising. Yesterday’s high was 56°F (13°C) and the overnight low was 53°F (12°C). Averages are 66°F / 46°F. The record high for Oct. 1 is 88°F (31°C) set in 1971, and the record low is 28°F (-2°C) set in 1960.
