Although we aren’t expecting any great amounts of snow today, we are having moderate snowfall at this time.  It began about 8 AM and has continue since then.  We have about half an inch so far and forecasts aren’t predicting much more than that.  Our total ground cover at this time is about 2.5 inches. A Fairly Mild Friday For Mid Michigan

This will be one of the nicest days that we’ll have for awhile, even though we  aren’t seeing as much sun as what was predicted.  At least it will be dry with very light winds and highs in the mid 30s.  We better enjoy it because we have another polar vortex heading our way for next week.  Highs will only be in the teens for a few day.  I keep hoping that we’ll get some temperatures warm enough to melt…
