So Where’s The Sun? Mid Michigan

Yesterday was rainy on the western side of the state.  Here where I am, all we got was some sprinkles which left 0.01″ in my gauge.  Today was supposed to start out with clouds, then clear up for the afternoon. At least that’s what a local forecast called for.  I’m still waiting for the sun to appear, and the sky looks like rain although there is nothing showing up on radar.  Yesterday was very chilly for mid August and highs only made it into the mid 60s.  Today is a little warmer, and would be more so if the sun would just come out.

Our 2 PM temperature is 70°F, the humidity is 75%, and skies are overcast.  Winds are from the east at 0-4 mph and the dew point is 63°F.  The pressure is 29.90 in and steady and visibility is 12 miles.  Yesterday’s high was 65°F and the overnight low was 60°F.  Average temps for this date are 81°F / 58°F.  Sunrise was at 6:40 AM and sunset will be at 8:40 PM.
