Clear And Sunny, But Very Cold . . . .

It seems good to see clear skies and sun, but the temperature is way below average, and the wind makes it even colder.  I was watching one of the YouTube Weather gurus, and he said that we should expect a big warmup for most of December.  I hope he’s right but only time will tell.  It doesn’t sound like we should expect a white Christmas, but he also said that there are a few major winter storms in the making, but not necessarily for Michigan.  It’s winter and nothing is out of the question.

Our 1 PM temperature is 29°F (-2°C), the humidity is 66%, and skies are mostly clear.  Winds are from the west at 6-14 mph and our wind chill is 19°F (-7°C).  The dew point is 17°F (-8°C) and the pressure is 29.97 in (1014.9 mb) and steady.  Visibility is 11 miles.  Yesterday’s high was 32°F (0°C) and the overnight low was 15°F (-9°C) .  Average temps for this date are 41°F/27°F.  Sunrise was at 7:46 AM and sunset will be at 5:06 PM.
