Snowy, Drizzly And Dreary . . . .
Today will be wet and nasty with a mix of snow flurries and drizzle. We have a very light cover of snow which will be melting soon. Temperatures will rise just enough to melt the little snow that we have, but more is expected later. Then frigid weather moves in for our weekend. I saw Ryan Hall’s forecast for the holidays, and it seems like a white Christmas for us in out of the question. In fact, there is a major warm-up heading our way for the week between Christmas and New Years. So that’s something for winter haters to look forward to.
Our 10:14 AM temperature is 33°F, the humidity is 96%, and winds are from the W at 1-4 mph. The pressure is 29.84 in and steady. The dew point is 32°F and visibility is 3 miles. Yesterday’s high was 42°F and the overnight low was 32°F. Average temps for this date are 34F/22F. Record temps for Dec. 17 are 54°F (1984) and -7°F (1951).
