A Welcome Cool-Down In Mid Michigan

A Welcome Cool-Down In Mid Michigan

This Labor Day Weekend has been pretty nice weather-wise.  Yesterday was hot with highs reaching into the upper 80s.  Thunderstorms developed late in the day, and just seemed to hang around without much movement.  Some areas got 2+ inches of rain but we didn’t get even a drop.  It was rather strange because the storms didn’t seem to move much and just sat in one area for quite a while.  We have a slight chance of rain this afternoon so I don’t think we’ll see much sun today.  That’s okay.  I’m loving the cooler temps.

Our 11 AM temperature is 64F, the humidity is 86% and winds are from the NE at 2-7 mph.  Skies are cloudy and the pressure is 30.10 in and steady.  Visibility is 10 miles and the dew point is 62F.   Sunrise was at 7:04 AM and sunset will be at 8:06 PM.  Yesterday’s high was 88F and our overnight low was 64F.
