Another Cloudy Day In Mid Michigan

Another Cloudy Day In Mid Michigan

Our weather has been redundant and is getting very boring.  We did have snow flurries most of Friday but barely enough to be seen on bare surfaces.   A snow system is expected on Wednesday but no one is saying how much snow we could get.  The local weather gurus, who are brave enough to give a prediction, are saying maybe an inch.  I wish we’d get about 3-4.  The temperatures have really taken a tumble with highs only expected around the freezing mark today.  There is no warmup expected in the near future.  Our long-lasting January thaw is over, not that there was anything to thaw.

The 1:30 PM temperature is 32°F, the humidity is 84%, and winds are from the SW at 3-11 mph.  Skies are overcast and the dew point is 26°F.  The pressure is 30.12 in and falling and visibility is 10 miles.  Yesterday’s high was 37°F and the overnight low was 29°F.  Average temps for this date are 29°F / 15°F.  Record temps for Jan. 20 are 55°F / -16°F.  Sunrise was at 8:02 AM and sunset will be at 5:35 PM.

DURAND / OWOSSO FORECAST:
