Our First Thunderstorms Possible Today – Mid Michigan
We woke to moderate rain this morning and it has continued since then. There was 0.29″ in my rain gauge at 8:30. Temperatures will be quite warm today giving us a small chance for severe weather tonight. The greatest chance is for the states to our south with a good chance for tornadic activity in these areas. Hopefully, we don’t see a repeat of last Friday.
Our 9:45 AM temperature is 40°F (4°C), the humidity is 93%, and winds are from the ESE at 1-4 mph. The dew point is 38°F (3°C) and visibility is 3 miles. The pressure is 29.56 in (1001.0 mb) and falling. Yesterday’s high was 49°F (9°C) and the overnight low was 38°F (3°C). Average temps for this date are 50F/30F. Sunrise was at 7:22 AM and sunset will be at 8:01 PM.
