A Few Sprinkles For Our Monday – Mid Michigan

There was quite an impressive line of thunderstorms coming off Lake Michigan this morning, but they continued to fall apart as they moved across the state; most that would have affected us, dwindled before reaching us.  I’m seeing no more rain behind this first line on the radar, so it looks like the rest of the day may be dry.  Winds are the issue with gusts up to 30 mph.  I don’t expect to see much of the sun today.

Our 12:15 PM temperature is 58°F (14°C), the humidity is 67%, and winds are from the south at 5-19 mph, sometimes gusting as high as 30 mph.  The dew point is 42°F (6°C) and the pressure is 29.54 in (1000.3 mb) and falling.  Visibility is 7 miles.  Yesterday’s high was 55°F (13°C) and the overnight low was 43°F (6°C).  Average temps for this date are 50°F/34°F.  Sunrise was at 7:18 AM and sunset will be at 5:24 PM EST.
